Membership Requirement
Posting on this page is an exclusive benefit for active members of The Next Urban Millionaire (TNUM). Only approved and logged-in members may post. Unauthorized posting will be removed.

Respectful Conduct
Members must post respectful and professional content at all times. Hate speech, harassment, offensive remarks, spam, or unauthorized promotions are strictly prohibited.

Ownership of Submissions
By submitting photos, videos, or comments, members grant TNUM an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of their submissions. All submissions become the property of TNUM upon posting.

Authorization and Release
Members confirm they own or have legal rights to the content they submit. By posting, members authorize TNUM to use their name, likeness, and content for promotional purposes, events, and marketing, without compensation.

Liability Waiver
TNUM is not responsible for disputes, damages, losses, or claims arising from submitted content. Members agree to hold TNUM harmless from any disputes or liabilities related to their submissions.

Moderation Rights
TNUM reserves the right to review, edit, or remove submissions at its discretion. Any violations of this policy may result in suspension or permanent loss of posting privileges.

Consent Confirmation
By posting, members confirm they are active members of TNUM and agree to abide by this Posting Policy. Submissions will not be accepted unless members provide explicit consent to these terms.
